Schatten class composition operators on planar domains

Summary: We extend to finitely connected planar domains a result of Kehe Zhu which characterizes the Schatten class composition operators on the Hardy space of the disc. In the process, we characterize the positive compact and Schatten class Toeplitz operators on a weighted Bergman space.
